THERE IS NO DEADLINE FOR THOSE QUALIFY FOR THE ARTICLE 7, ALL-MALE LINEAGE PROCEDURE. ALSO, ARTICLE 7 APPLICANTS ONLY HAVE TO DO STAGE ONE OF THE PROCESS AND SIMPLY PRESENT PROPER DOCUMENTS WITHOUT TRAVELING TO LUXEMBOURG. YOU WILL BE GIVEN “AUTOMATIC” LUXEMBOURG CITIZENSHIP AFTER STAGE ONE. Let Kevin assist you!
PROCEDURE
- Schedule a 60-minute, personalized Initial Consultation meeting (phone or video) with Kevin and launch your Article 7 preparation
- Kevin will personally assist and guide you with securing all required Article 7 documents
- Kevin will personally review all of your Article 7 documents and write the important, accompanying cover letter
- Kevin will transmit your Article 7 documents to the Ministry of Justice on your behalf
- Ongoing consultation for questions as you await your citizenship
- Final review of citizenship certificate
- Kevin will provide helpful information about applying for a Luxembourg passport and ID card
