I found Kevin after being extremely disappointed by another organization that was supposed to be “the expert.”  Well, Kevin is THE expert on reclaiming Luxembourg heritage.  He has connections both in Luxembourg and the USA, and he is timely, funny, friendly and very reassuring. Kevin keeps up with all the changes, so there are no surprises (we female travelers appreciated that very much) when you arrive in Luxembourg to submit your papers.
